Idols SA judge Somizi Mhlongo will be hosting the red carpet of the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles. The event will hold on August 28 and will be broadcast across Africa.

While he will be jetting off for the MTV event in the middle of next month, the radio and TV personality Somizi will make a stop in New York to launch his new book before heading to Los Angeles.
